Refund policy

Pioneer Dog Treats LLC has a very simple return policy: If you receive any damaged, spoiled or putrefied treats; we will replace 100% of your costs (or exchange for free) without question. In a rare instance that this occurs, please contact us immediately at info@pioneertreats.com

The refund or exchange process must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery, due to the nature of the product and our inability to track it's storage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos will help greatly in expediting the process.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Treats cannot be returned simply because your dog doesn't enjoy them.

Exchanges
Once you've emailed us and we've accepted your exchange; we will ship out a new order ASAP or refund your money.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
